Titaniumc version 0.549 is now available.  This release fixes a small
but important collection of bugs that were discovered following the
previous public offering.

    - native method name mangling for the Timer class has been updated

    - assorted bugs that prevented regions from being used with the
      distributed ("split-c") backend have been repaired
